Website forms
Every form on your website (contact, quote, support) can send its data to a dedicated CursusOffice address. Requests arrive in a tidy inbox, with spam filtering, and with one click they become a customer or a quote request.
What you can do
Create several forms, each with its own address, a list of allowed sites, a thank-you page and the email to notify.
Receive requests in an inbox with statuses (new, read, converted, closed, spam) and internal notes.
Turn a request into a customer (or link it to an existing one) and into a quote request.
Send the "website request" event to webhooks and automations.
How it works
- In CursusOffice you create a form and copy the receiving address.
- On your website you set that address as the form destination: any form that can send its data to a web address works.
- Requests appear in CursusOffice; if you like, you get a notice email.
What you need
- A website or form that can send its data to a web address.
- If you ask for privacy consent, a dedicated checkbox in the form.
Limits to know
- Attachments are not supported.
- There is no challenge-type bot check (like a CAPTCHA) yet: the filter uses a honeypot field, rate limits, duplicate checks and a check for too many links in the text.
- There is no automatic reply to the sender.
Frequently asked questions
Will it work with my website?
With any form that can send its data to a web address (form action or platform webhook). If your platform cannot, you can go through an automation.
How do you handle spam?
With an invisible honeypot field, rate limits per address and per form, duplicate checks and a "spam" flag for messages full of links. Only a fingerprint of the sender's IP address is kept.
Does the data end up in my space?
Yes: requests are stored in your account's CursusOffice space and only there.
