With Zapier you can make CursusOffice talk to the apps you already use: a new customer can land in a spreadsheet, a payment received can create an invoice draft, an accepted quote can notify your team. It already works today with the "Webhooks by Zapier" modules.
Receive CursusOffice events in a Zap: customer created, invoice issued, quote accepted, payment recorded, project created, product created, website request.
Create customers and DRAFT quotes and invoices from the data of any other app connected to Zapier.
Read customers, products, VAT rates, invoices, payments and projects with an API request.
Register and remove the address that receives the events by itself: one Zap, one address, without going through the interface.
For simple cases, no: you use Zapier's modules. You only copy an address and a token. More elaborate cases may need some familiarity with web requests.
No. Zapier creates drafts. Issuing, which has tax effects, is always done by a person inside CursusOffice.
The token has limited permissions, can expire and can be revoked at any time; requests travel over https and webhooks are signed, so the receiver can verify where they come from.
Yes: they rely on the same webhooks and the same API. See the dedicated pages.
