Make

Make lets you design automations as a diagram. With its Webhooks and HTTP modules a scenario can start from a CursusOffice event (an invoice issued, a quote accepted, a payment) or create customers and drafts inside CursusOffice.

What you can do

Start a scenario from a CursusOffice event with a custom webhook.

Create customers and DRAFT quotes and invoices with an HTTP request to the API.

Read customers, products, invoices, payments and projects to enrich the other connected tools.

Combine CursusOffice with the other apps in the same scenario (spreadsheets, mail, chat, CRM).

How it works

In CursusOffice create a token in Management → API and webhooks with the permissions you need.
In Make add the "Webhooks" module, "Custom webhook", and copy the generated address.
In CursusOffice register that address as a webhook, choosing the events you want to receive.
To write or read use the "HTTP" module towards the address of your CursusOffice space, with the Authorization header and the token.

What you need

A Make account.
A CursusOffice API token with the permissions you need.

Limits to know

The API always creates DRAFTS: issuing an invoice stays an action of a person in CursusOffice.
Up to 120 requests per minute per token; events are delivered at least once, in no guaranteed order.
There is not yet a dedicated CursusOffice app inside Make: you use the generic Webhooks and HTTP modules.
